A Conference for Families

We Believe is a unique opportunity for families from across India who desire to grow deeper in their love for Christ and stronger in their commitment to the gospel. Over three days, families will sit under the teaching of trusted Indian pastors, engage in corporate singing, and connect with other believers.

The main Sessions will root families in the truths of the Nicene Creed, and the breakout sessions will offer biblical wisdom for families to be strengthened in their marriages, parenting, and family devotions.

In order to enable couples to attend the sessions with minimal distractions, childcare and VBS will be provided for children under the age of 12.

The Nicene Creed

This year’s conference celebrates 1700 years of the formulation of the Nicene Creed.

The Nicene Creed is a statement of Christian faith formulated at the First Council of Nicaea (AD 325) and later revised at the First Council of Constantinople (AD 381).

It affirms key doctrines about the Trinity, the divinity of Christ, and the role of the Church. It is widely accepted across Christian denominations, including Catholic, Orthodox, and many Protestant churches.

We believe in one God,
      the Father almighty,
      maker of heaven and earth,
      of all things visible and invisible.

And in one Lord Jesus Christ,
      the only-begotten Son of God,
      begotten of the Father before all worlds,
           God of God,
           Light of Light,
           very God of very God,
      begotten, not made,
      being of one substance with the Father.
      Through whom all things were made.
      For us men and for our salvation
           he came down from heaven,
           and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary,
           and was made man.
           He was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate;
           he suffered and was buried.
           The third day he rose again, according to the Scriptures,
           and ascended into heaven
           and sits at the right hand of the Father.
           He will come again with glory
           to judge both the living and the dead,
           whose kingdom will have no end.

And we believe in the Holy Spirit,
      the Lord and giver of life,
      who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
      who with the Father and the Son together is worshiped and glorified,
      who spoke by the prophets.
      We believe in one holy Christian and apostolic Church.
      We acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins,
      and we look for the resurrection of the dead,
      and the life of the world to come. Amen.

At We Believe Conference, we desire to see families rooted in the Word of God and equipped to live out the gospel in their homes, churches, and communities. As part of that vision, every registered family will receive a selection of carefully chosen, gospel-centered books—completely free of cost.

Please make sure to carry extra baggage since you will be receiving many free books. And you will also have the opportunity to get very reasonably priced books from the bookstore.

This space will feature a carefully selected collection of books on faith, discipleship, and Christian living—specifically curated for young people seeking to grow in their walk with Christ. Registration

Is it important for participants to know English?

All sessions will be conducted in English, so a good understanding of English is necessary to fully participate in the conference.

Who can attend the We Believe 2025 Conference?

The We Believe 2025 Conference is open to all believers, with a primary focus on families. Both men and women can attend.

Can I book for a group?

No, group booking for individuals is not available for We Believe 2025. Each participant must register individually. However, family bookings are allowed, so families can register together.

Can my registration be transferred to someone else?

No, registrations are non-transferable. Please ensure the registration is completed using the correct name.

Since train tickets open four months before the journey, we recommend that you mark your calendars in July so that you can book tickets for October.

Accommodation

How will the families be accommodated?

Rooms will be allocated based on the size of each family and the age of the children.

Double Sharing Room (These rooms will have 1 big bed)
For couples or families with 1 or 2 young children (0-5 years).
(Young children may share the bed with parents.)

Triple Sharing Room (These rooms will have 1 big bed and 1 single bed)
For families with 1 or 2 older children (6-12 years).
(Young children may share the bed with parents.)

Quadruple Sharing Room (These rooms will have 1 big bed and 2 single beds.)
For families with 2 or more older children (13-18 years)

(Additional beds will be made available for families with more children, with additional costs.)

All accommodations are within the conference venue and are designed to ensure a comfortable stay for your family throughout the event.

Is there a different rate for participants who are staying off-campus?

No. The registration fee for day scholars (participants staying off-campus) is the same as that for those staying at the hotel. This fee covers meals, conference materials, and access to all sessions and activities throughout the event.

Check-In and Check-Out

Is early check-in available?

No, early check-in is not available. Check-in will begin at 12:00 noon and will continue till 3:00 pm. We kindly request all participants to plan their arrival accordingly.

How early can families arrive at the venue?

Please plan to arrive at the conference venue by 12:00 noon, as check-in begins at that time. Early check-in is not available, so we kindly request families not to arrive earlier than the scheduled time.

What should we do if we arrive at the venue before the check-in time?

If you arrive early at the venue due to travel timings—before the check-in time of 12:00 noon— a waiting hall will be available for you to keep your luggage. You will have to make your own arrangements for breakfast and lunch on the 1st of October. So, we advise you to arrive at the hotel after 12 so that your family is not inconvenienced.

Food

What about food during the conference?

Meals are included in the registration fee for all participants. Please note that we cannot help those who have special needs or allergies regarding food. They need to make their own arrangements.

What is the first meal of the conference?

The first meal participants will share together is evening tea on the 1st of October, 2025.

What is the last meal of the conference?

The conference will conclude with lunch on the 3rd of October.

Travel Plan

We encourage participants to plan their travel early. Train and flight bookings should be made in advance to secure good prices and ensure availability. Be sure to mark your calendars for August 2025 when train tickets become available for booking.

Child Care

Is Childcare available for infants?

Yes, a crèche will be available for infants during the main sessions. Volunteers will care for your little ones in a safe and nurturing environment, allowing parents to attend the sessions without distraction.

What will children do during the sessions?We’ve made special arrangements for children so that parents can participate fully in the sessions. A crèche will be available for infants, and a VBS-style program will be conducted for children aged 5 to 12 years. These programs are designed to engage children with age-appropriate, gospel-centered teaching and activities during the main sessions.
